Bedding is personal, and you can't feel it through a screen. So every order comes with The Jabal Guarantee: sleep on your bedding for up to 30 nights from delivery, and if it isn't right for you, we'll make it right.

What you can choose

Within 30 nights of delivery, you can ask for:

• a replacement
• an exchange for a different size, colour or product
• a refund to your original payment method

How it works

1. Email care@sleepbyjabal.com.au with your order number and a short note on what isn't right.
2. We'll reply with the next steps and a return shipping label.
3. Once your return arrives and we've inspected it, we'll send your replacement or exchange, or process your refund. Refunds reach your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

The fine print, kept simple

• Requests must be made within 30 nights of delivery.
• Items should be returned in reasonable condition.
• Exchanges need the original packaging.
• The guarantee covers one claim per order.

If there's ever a manufacturing fault, contact us at any time. We'll always take responsibility for our products, and the trial doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
