How does the “Build Your Set” work?
You can customise your bedding by choosing the pieces you need — quilt cover, fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases — all in your preferred colour and size. Pricing updates automatically as you build your set.
What materials are your sheets made from?
Our bedding is crafted from premium cotton, selected for its softness, breathability, and durability. Designed to feel comfortable from the first night and improve with time.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer a full range of standard Australian bed sizes. Size availability may vary by product — you’ll see all available options when building your set.
What is the difference between standard and extra-deep fitted sheets?
Our standard fitted sheets are designed to fit mattresses up to 40cm deep, which suits most standard and pillow-top mattresses.
Our extra-deep fitted sheets are designed for deeper mattresses up to 50cm, making them ideal for thick pillow-top mattresses, mattress toppers, or layered bedding setups.
If you’re unsure, we recommend measuring your mattress depth — or sizing up to extra-deep for a more secure fit.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed during presale are expected to ship in late February to early March. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
How long do your sheets last?
We design our bedding with longevity in mind — prioritising fabric quality, construction, and finishes that hold up to regular use and washing. With proper care, your Sleep by Jabal set is made to be enjoyed for years.
What if I don’t like how it feels?
That’s exactly why we offer our 30-Night Comfort Guarantee.
If it isn’t right for you within 30 nights, we’ll replace it or refund you.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
